# Oune feedback
|
|
|
|
Submit bug reports and feature requests here when you want the Oune maintainer to review them.
|
|
Reports are reviewed with the maintainer before any development decision. A submission does not
|
|
promise implementation or a response deadline.
|
|
|
|
## Public submissions
|
|
|
|
Issue titles, descriptions, comments, selected screenshots and their embedded metadata are public.
|
|
Do not include passwords, tokens, private logs or personal information you do not want to publish.
|
|
For bugs, describe what happened, what you expected and steps to reproduce. For requests, explain
|
|
the outcome you want and why it would help.
|
|
|
|
## Optional screenshots
|
|
|
|
Ask your agent to include only the existing screenshots you select. PNG, JPEG and WebP are supported,
|
|
up to ten images and 25 MiB per image through Oune. Images are not automatically captured or redacted.
|
|
|
|
## Report receipt
|
|
|
|
Your agent returns the issue number and link. Open it to read maintainer comments and status.
|
|
If an upload is rejected or its outcome is uncertain, the report and previously saved images remain.
|
|
Check the existing issue before submitting again to avoid duplicates.
|
|
|
|
## Deployment setup
|
|
|
|
Your deployment maintainer configures this repository URL and a separate restricted feedback credential.
|
|
The credential can perform account-permitted issue operations in other public repositories on this server;
|
|
it is not locked to one repository ID. This is the server's only intentionally public issue repository.
|
|
Registration is disabled. Ask your deployment maintainer for setup or credential revocation.
